Medical weight loss is available as standalone monthly GLP-1 medication or bundled membership plans that include IV therapy, vitamin injections, and enhanced physician support. What is your cancellation policy?

Vitality by PACS requires a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations and reschedules. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. You can cancel or reschedule through the Zenoti booking platform, by calling your location directly, or by emailing our team. For membership holders, we offer flexible pause options: IV therapy memberships can be paused for up to 60 days per year, and weight loss program memberships can be paused for up to 30 days. To cancel a membership entirely, we require 30 days written notice after any minimum commitment period has been fulfilled. No-show appointments (arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice) are treated as late cancellations and the same fee policy applies. We understand that emergencies happen, and our team will work with you on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend booking during times you can reliably attend and setting a reminder for 24 hours before your appointment.
