Please arrive early for your first appointment to complete any remaining paperwork and meet with our team.
Our provider will review your health history, discuss your goals, and recommend the best treatment plan for you.
Receive your treatment and complete payment. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $50 fee.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. We do not bill insurance directly, but can provide receipts for you to submit to your insurance company.
